The DENIZEN Theatre Gallery welcomes prominent Hudson Valley artist,
Cronin, a painter, sculptor, muralist, and product designer, appropriates text and figures from his surroundings to reconfigure the world through art. Focusing on creating artwork from a place of inclusivity and cultural awareness, he engages the viewer in a dialogue surrounding the accessibility of art as he draws upon street signs and cultural markers as sources of inspiration. Cronin's original and bold works of art utilize Rust-Oleum paint as the staple ingredient in his works.
The DENIZEN gallery's featured exhibit reflects Cronin's month-long artists' residency at Thread in Senegal, West Africa through the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation.
As passionate philanthropists, Ryan and Melanie Cronin work as agents of change supporting both local and global charities. The Cronin's have named The Hudson Valley Writing Project as the beneficiary of 10% of any sales from the DENIZEN gallery exhibit.
To see more of Cronin's bold artworks, visit his permanent gallery and shop at 10 Main Street in New Paltz, NY.
